OfficialsHQ/PlayCricket ID - How to Guide

  • Aug 12
  • 1 min read

In the rollover to season 25-26, OfficialsHQ adopted a Single Sign-ON (SSO) with the user’s CricketID. This will be the one credential for sign-on to all Cricket Australia sites. For background to the nature of and reasons for the change, click on or copy and paste this link

This change has introduced some confusion around various ids that may be in use for different applications. The good news is that from now on, just one id will be in use for your login to all Cricket Australia sites. To assist us in the transition to the SSO, Cricket Victoria has produced a How-to guide, which may assist whether you are creating a CricketID for the first time, or simply re-enrolling on OfficialsHQ. The How-To guide is available by clicking on the file attachment link at the top of this note – location might vary,, depending on the browser in use.
