Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Victorian Sub District Cricket Umpires Association, which will be held on Wednesday,12th August 2026, starting at 7.00pm
Location: Spotswood Cricket Club (Donald McLean Reserve Pavilion)
31 The Avenue, Spotswood.

Committee Nomination Form
Nomination of candidates for election as office-bearers or General Committee must be signed by two financial members of the Association and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate who must also be a financial member of the Association (which may be endorsed on the form of the nomination); and must be delivered to the Secretary at least seven days before the date fixed for the Annual General meeting at which the election is to take place (i.e. 12th August 2026) Click here to download a copy of the nomination form.
Voting Proxy Form
This form must be given to the Chairperson of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting. A form appointing a proxy sent by post or electronically is of no effect unless it is received by the Association no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
