Notice of 2025/26 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the VSDCUA which will be held on Tuesday, 12th August 2025, commencing at 7.30pm

Location: Caulfield Cricket Club

Caulfield Park, 208A Balaclava Road, Caulfield North 3161.

Committee nomination form

Nominations of candidates for election as office-bearers or General Committee must be signed by two members of the Association and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate (which may be endorsed on the form of the nomination); and must be delivered to the Secretary at least seven days before the date fixed for the Annual General meeting at which the election is to take place (i.e. 5th August 2025)

This form must be given to the Chairperson of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting. A form appointing a proxy sent by post or electronically is of no effect unless it is received by the Association no later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
