New VSDCA Hall of Fame Inductees

It was a privilege for all the panel members in attendance at the R.M. Hatch dinner on Thursday, 23rd May, to witness the induction of three distinguished contributors into the VSDCA Hall of Fame, two of whom have had a close affinity with our association.

Jim Earle who fulfilled the role of Umpire Appointment Manager from Season 2000-01 to 2019-20 and Peter Flack who has managed the J.G. Craig competition from 2008-09 to the present, were recognized for their exemplary service as players and administrators for their clubs and the VSDCA.

Both these gentlemen have been steadfast friends to our association, and it is widely acknowledged that they are truly deserving of this honour, as was the other recipient Peter Vesty, who amongst many other achievements is the current Historian of the VSDCA.
